ACE Golf Academy believe that starting children in golf at an early age not only helps their future learning of the game but also encourages confidence and ettiquette.

We provide an oppportunity for children aged up to 6 years to come and try golf for a short session, with the use of real equipment, on a real driving range and with a real Golf Pro!
 
Each Academy venue operates this scheme so please contact us for more details.
 
As an alternative to the use of real golfing equipment, we at ACE, have the use of SNAG/TRI Golf equipment for the very young golfers.
 
SNAG golf is a fun, educational and safe way for children to learn a whole range of new developmental skills, whilst having fun.  Using specially designed bright and colourful golf equipment, Snag Golf is a great way for children to have a great time whilst improving their  skills, such as:-
 

  • Motor Skills - both Fine and Gross Motor Skills

  • Motor Movement Patterns

  • Balance

  • Proprioception

  • Hand Eye Co-Ordination

  • Concentration

  • Interaction with others
Depending on the age and strength of the children in the session, the decision to use real golf equipment or SNAG/TRI Golf equipment will be made.
