Our main TEAM ACE Junior Programme incorporates our 3 levels of learning, listed below, and provides the most structured, fun and VALUE FOR MONEY way of learning golf in the area.
Working in conjunction with The Golf Foundation we operate The Junior Golf Passport Scheme. The Passport is a 5 level structured programme designed to introduce new children to golf, as well as develop the knowledge and skills of children already enjoying the game.
The Golf Foundation emphasis is on having fun while learning. The Passport Programme covers all aspects of the game from Putting, Long Game, Short Game to Rules and Etiquette.
The programme encourages and motivates through the achievement of targets combined with rewards and most importantly - FUN!!
Children learn in 3 ways with ACE -
1. At School / Pre School Lessons using Tri Golf or Xtreme equipment
2. At our Academy enrolled on the Golf Foundation Passport Scheme
3. At our Academy enrolled on our ACE Advanced Junior Programme
Start Levels 1 and 2
These Levels relate to basic coaching for young people new to golf beginning the Junior Passport Scheme. These Levels are also a follow-on from the Tri-Golf Levels and are a transition to using conventional golf equipment.
Levels 3, 4 and 5 - Playing Levels
These levels teach targets that relate to the experience of playing on a golf course. This aim is to enable the young player to play on a course independently having developed an understanding of the fundamental skills and traditions of the game.
Once the Junior Golf Passport is completed, the Ace Advanced Programmes have been designed to progress the skills and knowledge attained from this scheme, developing each player to a Junior Handicap Level. View Ace Advanced section.
